This 3-hour workshop is a therapist-led, psychoeducational offering designed to support women navigating perimenopause and menopause. The content is grounded in current, evidence-based research, including work by Jen Gunter and other leading menopause clinicians and organizations.
The workshop will provide education on the physiological and neurobiological changes associated with perimenopause, including hormonal fluctuations and their impact on mood, anxiety, cognition, sleep, and physical health. Additional topics include body composition changes, sexual health, and common misconceptions surrounding menopause and hormone therapy.
The structure will integrate teaching, guided discussion, and practical coping strategies, with an emphasis on normalizing patient experiences and reducing stigma. Participants will also be introduced to skills for symptom management, communication, and medical self-advocacy.
Erin Lovingfoss from Loving Your Pause will contribute specialized knowledge and perspective, enhancing the interdisciplinary and educational scope of the workshop.

NOVEMBER 5 - DECEMBER 17

We all have parts. "A part of me" is super excited about my kids going back to school this fall...."A part of me" is really going to miss them. A part of you spends an awful lot of time hating herself in the mirror. A part of you gets really upset when it feels like no one is listening to you, and starts snapping at your family. Yet another part feels small, like a little child who needs a hug and a good cry.
Knowing your "internal system" allows you to extend self-compassion, healing, and growth to parts of you that have been stuck for a long time. Parts that have done their best to protect you, fight for you, and keep you regulated. What if you could help them follow your lead and trust you a bit more? What if doing so helped you feel calmer, more confident, courageous, and creative?
Our virtual, 15-Week Internal Family Systems Group for adult women is designed to give you exactly the space you need to discover yourself, connect with your many parts, and creating much-needed healing shifts that will positively impact your internal AND external worlds.
A part of you is SO ready for this! Register to join us, today!
